Reports turn your chatbot activity into a tidy summary you can share with your team, your manager or a client. Pick a report and a period, preview it on screen, then download it as an Excel workbook or a branded PDF.
Report types#
| Report | What it covers | Good for |
|---|---|---|
| Executive Summary | The headline numbers, trends and per-chatbot performance. | A monthly update for owners and managers. |
| Leads | Who you captured, where they came from and how they convert. | Sales follow-up and measuring lead flow. |
| Conversations & Satisfaction | Volume, peak hours, topics, outcomes and ratings. | Understanding what visitors ask and how happy they are. |
| Form Submissions | Bookings and enquiries collected by your forms. | Reviewing bookings and requests over a period. |
Topics in the Conversations & Satisfaction report come from short labels Liyobot gives each chat after it ends, so you can see what people ask about most.
Create a report#
Choose a report
Open Reports from the main menu and pick one of the four report types.
Choose the dates
Pick a preset: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days (the default), Last 90 days, This month or Last month. For other dates, choose Date range and set From and To, or Single day for one date. A report can cover up to 366 days.
Choose the chatbot
Leave it on All chatbots for your whole organisation, or pick a single chatbot.
Preview it
The report appears on screen with its headline numbers, charts and tables, so you can check it before downloading.
Download
Click Download Excel or Download PDF.
Excel or PDF?#
- Excel includes the data and charts, so you can sort, filter or build your own calculations.
- PDF is a branded, ready-to-read document, ideal for emailing or printing.
Files are named after the report and the dates, in the form liyobot-<type>-<from>_<to>, so they stay easy to find.
Sharing with teammates#
The page address keeps the report, dates and chatbot you chose. Bookmark it to come back to the same report, or send the link to a teammate. They’ll see the same report when they open it, as long as they’re a member of your organisation.
What’s included, and who sees contact details#
- Conversations marked Spam in Leads are left out of every report.
- Visitors’ contact details, such as email addresses, are only included for people with the Export leads permission, which Admins have.
