Liyobot has three self-serve plans, Starter, Growth and Business, plus a custom Enterprise plan. Every plan has the same features. What changes is how many websites you can cover, how much content each chatbot can learn, and how many replies your chatbots can send each month. All prices are in US dollars.
Compare plans#
| Plan | Monthly | Annual | Websites (chatbots) | Pages per chatbot | Messages / month | File storage per chatbot |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $20 | $200 | 1 | 100 | 1,000 | 200 MB |
| Growth (Most popular) | $75 | $750 | 2 | 1,000 | 5,000 | 500 MB |
| Business | $200 | $2,000 | 3 | 2,000 | 20,000 | 2,000 MB |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Custom | Custom | Custom | Custom |
Paying annually gets you 2 months free compared with paying monthly. Messages are shared across all the chatbots in your account.
What every plan includes#
- The accessibility toolbar for your visitors
- Lead capture, lead alerts and analytics
- Forms for bookings and enquiries
- Listings for jobs, products and properties
- Reports you can download as Excel or PDF
- A team of up to 5 seats
Every new organisation can try any plan free for 30 days. See Sign up and free trial.
How each limit works#
Some limits are hard, meaning Liyobot stops you going past them. Messages are a soft limit, so your chatbots never go quiet just because you had a busy month.
| Limit | Type | What happens at the limit |
|---|---|---|
| Messages per month | Soft | Your chatbots keep answering. Admins get one email at 80% of the allowance, and usage bars turn amber. |
| Websites (chatbots) | Hard | You can't create another chatbot until you upgrade (or add an extra website on Business). |
| Pages per chatbot | Hard | New pages are refused until you remove pages or upgrade. Listing pages count toward this allowance. |
| File storage per chatbot | Hard | New files are refused until you delete a file or upgrade. |
Monthly messages#
A “message” is one AI reply sent by one of your chatbots. Replies from all your chatbots are pooled into one monthly allowance. The count resets on the 1st of each month (UTC).
When you reach 80% of your allowance, Admins receive a usage alert email, at most once a month. If you regularly go over, consider moving to a bigger plan.
Downgrading#
You can’t move to a smaller plan while your usage is bigger than that plan allows, for example if you have more pages indexed than the new plan includes. Remove what you don’t need first, then switch.
If your account ends up with more chatbots than your plan covers, the newest chatbots beyond the limit stop answering and visitors see “This assistant is currently unavailable. Please check back soon.”
Extra website add-on#
On the Business plan only, you can add more websites without moving to Enterprise. Each extra website costs $20/month or $200/year and adds one more chatbot with its own 2,000 pages and 5,000 messages a month.
Open Add-ons
Go to Billing and scroll to Add-ons. Add-ons only appear on an active paid subscription.
Choose how many
Use the − and + stepper to set the number of extra websites.
Confirm
The change is prorated on your next invoice.
Enterprise#
Enterprise is for larger organisations that need more than Business. It includes:
- Custom numbers of chatbots, pages, messages, storage and seats
- Removal of the “Powered by Liyobot” badge
- Billing by invoice or bank transfer
- A dedicated account manager
To discuss Enterprise, click Talk to us on the Billing page or email [email protected]. Enterprise accounts see usage bars on the Billing page, along with any message overage for the month.
The “Powered by Liyobot” badge#
The chat window footer shows a small “Powered by Liyobot” badge on Starter, Growth and Business. Removing it is available on Enterprise plans only.
Check your usage#
There are two places to see where you stand:
- Dashboard: the Plan usage panel shows bars for your allowances, with a Manage plan → link.
- Billing: the Usage section shows Messages (shared across all your chatbots), Websites and Pages indexed for this month.
For per-chatbot storage, open the chatbot’s Knowledge page and look at the Storage used card.
