Dashboard

Your account at a glance: traffic, conversations, leads, alerts and plan usage.

The Dashboard is the first page you see after signing in. It shows how your whole organisation is performing across all its chatbots: how many people saw your widget, how many chatted, how many became leads, and anything that needs your attention. For a deeper look at one chatbot, use Analytics.

Choosing a period#

Use the range buttons at the top to switch between the last 7d, 30d or 90d. Every number and chart on the page updates to match. Each headline number is compared with the period just before it, for example the last 30 days against the 30 days before that, and shows a ▲ or ▼ with the change.

The Get started card#

New accounts see a Get started card: “Four steps from here to a chatbot answering on your website.” It shows your progress as X of 4, and each step ticks itself automatically:

  1. Create your chatbot — button Create chatbot.
  2. Teach it about your business — button Add knowledge. Done once your chatbot has at least one knowledge source.
  3. Tell it where it runs — button Set your website. Done once the allowed domain is set.
  4. Put it on your site — button Get embed code. Done once Liyobot sees the widget load on your website.

The card disappears when all four steps are complete. To tuck it away sooner, click Hide.

Headline numbers#

Six cards across the top summarise the period you chose, totalled across all your chatbots:

CardWhat it means
VISITSHow many times your widget loaded on a page of your website.
CONVERSATIONSChats visitors started. The small figure shows this as a percentage of visits.
LEADSConversations where the visitor gave their email address, also shown as a percentage of chats.
MESSAGESMessages sent by visitors.
ANSWER RATEHow often the bot answered, with the percentage of chats escalated shown alongside.
AVG RATINGThe average rating visitors gave at the end of a chat, if you ask for ratings.
Messages on the Dashboard vs your plan
The MESSAGES card counts what visitors send. Your plan’s monthly message allowance counts something different: the AI replies your chatbots send. You’ll find that in Plan usage further down the page.

Charts and tables#

  • Traffic & conversations — a chart of visits and conversations over the period, so you can spot busy days and dips.
  • Engagement — the share of visits that start a chat, how many chatbots are active, the chat-to-lead rate, and how many seconds the first reply takes.
  • Where chats came from — the websites and pages that referred the visitors who chatted.
  • Chatbot performance — a table with one row per chatbot: its status, chats, leads, rating and trend. Useful when you run more than one website.

Needs your attention#

This panel lists anything you should look at, such as:

  • Failed sources — knowledge that couldn’t be read. Open the chatbot’s Knowledge page to retry or fix it.
  • Stale sources — knowledge that hasn’t been refreshed for a while. Consider turning on auto-refresh.
  • Paused bots — chatbots whose widget is turned off.
  • Leads waiting for review — conversations still marked New in Leads.

When there’s nothing to do, the panel shows ✓ All caught up.

Plan usage#

The Plan usage panel shows bars for how much of your plan you’ve used, including this month’s messages (the AI replies your chatbots send, shared across all chatbots). Bars turn amber when you reach 80%. Click Manage plan → to open Billing and change your plan.

Tip
The monthly message allowance is a soft limit: your chatbots keep answering if you go over. Pages and storage, by contrast, are hard limits per chatbot. See Plans and limits.
