Getting started with Liyobot takes a few minutes: create an account, confirm your email, sign in and add a card to start your 30-day free trial. Nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then.
Create your account#
Open the sign-up page
Go to liyobot.com/signup.
Fill in your details
Enter your Organization name (for example, Acme Inc.), Your name (optional), Email and a Password of at least 8 characters.
Choose your plan
Under Choose your plan, pick Starter, Growth or Business. Your plan is free for 30 days; a card is required to start the trial. You can switch plans any time during your trial.
Click Create account
You’ll see a Check your email screen while we send you a confirmation link.

Verify your email#
Open the email and click the confirmation link. The link is valid for 24 hours. When it works you’ll see You’re all set; click Continue to sign in.
If the link is broken or expired, the page lets you enter your email and click Send a new link. You can also click Resend email on the Check your email screen.
Sign in and reset your password#
Sign in at liyobot.com/login with your email and password. If your email isn’t verified yet, a Resend verification email button appears under the form.
Forgot your password?
- On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?.
- Enter your email and click Send reset link. The link expires in 60 minutes.
- Enter a New password (8 or more characters), confirm it and click Update password. Any other signed-in sessions are signed out.
Start your free trial#
The first time you sign in, you’ll see a full-screen Start your 30-day free trial panel. Click Add card & start free trial to open a secure checkout. You won’t be charged today; your first payment is 30 days from now.

Depending on your account, you may see a different version of the panel:
- Trial already used: Your free trial has ended. Click See plans to choose a plan and keep your chatbots answering.
- You’re a Viewer: This account needs a plan. Ask an account admin to add a plan.
No card? Pay offline
Every version of the trial panel offers offline payment. We accept M-PAiSA, MyCash, cash and bank transfer. Email [email protected] with the subject “Offline payment — activate my plan” and we’ll activate your plan once payment is received. More in Billing and payments.
Joining a team by invite#
If someone invites you, you’ll get an email with a link that’s valid for 7 days. The page says Join on Liyobot and shows the organisation and role you’ve been invited as.
- New to Liyobot: enter Your name, set a password and click Accept & join.
- Already have a Liyobot login: click Sign in to accept, sign in, then accept. The workspace is added to your account, so one login can belong to several organisations.
The Get started checklist#
Your Dashboard shows a Get started card with four steps from here to a chatbot answering on your website. It shows your progress (for example, 2 of 4), and you can click Hide to tuck it away. Steps tick automatically:
